Dr. Grant Ritchey

Dr. Ritchey was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Human Biology, and from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with his DDS, and obtained his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998.  He has practiced general dentistry in Tonganoxie, KS since 1986.  With a focus on cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, Dr. Ritchey knew that adding injectables into his practice would be a great service to his patients, so he became certified through the AAFE as soon as it was allowed by the Dental Board.  In addition to dentistry, Dr. Ritchey has lectured internationally and in the US, written, and podcasted about Science Based Medicine and Dentistry for over 15 years.

Dr. Ritchey lives in Lawrence, KS with his wife Lori, dogs Tater and Junebug, and cats Gary and Gary. He has three grown children, three grandchildren, three grown bonus children, and one bonus grandchild. He enjoys outdoor activities, KU football and basketball, rock music, reading, and perpetual learning.
