Sydney Gatta, RN

Sydney is a registered nurse and serves as the Clinical Director at the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), where she oversees all clinical operations and leads the organization’s clinical team with a commitment to excellence in patient care and education.

A proud Cleveland native, Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. She gained experience in emergency medicine caring for veterans before returning home to specialize in labor and delivery at Cleveland Clinic, where she honed her skills in patient-centered care and women’s health.

Sydney’s passion for aesthetics and education led her to AAFE, where she manages all clinical initiatives, ensures the highest standards of safety and quality, and shapes curriculum and training programs for medical professionals nationwide. She continues to teach and inject, combining her clinical expertise with a dynamic and engaging teaching style.

Known for her leadership, creativity, and dedication to advancing aesthetic medicine, Sydney is committed to empowering providers and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients.
