I. General

• Required OnDemand Modules: 

To participate in the live patient portion of your course, you must complete the corresponding OnDemand modules prior to the event. Each module is approximately 5-6 hours long.

• Model Patients

You will be bring 1 patient to each course you register for. Bringing your own patient is crucial to your learning success. Botox takes 10+ days to fully set in and without being able to follow up with your patient and see the results of your treatment plan you will be unable to properly evaluate the skills learned.

• Proof of Eligibility to Inject:

All attendees must submit proof of their professional/medical license and malpractice insurance prior to the course. Nurses covered under their employer may submit a picture of their photo ID badge. • Cancelation and Refund Policy:

By registering for our course you agree to comply with our Cancelation and Refund Policy. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully prior to purchase to familiarize yourself with important details regarding your enrollment.

• Membership

Membership is non-refundable.

• Additional Costs:

There are no additional costs to attend our course. Product is included and varies per course. If you need more product for your patients then what is included, there will be available for purchase at the course. (i.e. for Botox course – 1- 50 unit vial is provided and for Dermal Fillers 1 – 1ML syringe is provided).
